Musicologie is seeking a full-time Community Manager (Studio Manager) to lead our on-site studio in Forsyth County, Georgia. This role reports to the Studio Owner and offers base pay of $40,000–$46,000, healthcare reimbursement up to $300/month, a Student Growth Incentive, and a discretionary performance bonus, with total compensation of $52,000–$58,000 as the community grows. You will be the central figure and heartbeat of the studio, ensuring a welcoming experience for students, families, and teachers, and driving growth, satisfaction, and a vibrant creative community. Key responsibilities include: serving as the warm, on-site face of Musicologie and primary point of contact for scheduling, policies, and events; planning and conducting community events and student concerts; managing new student inquiries and guiding families through enrollment in our proprietary system; leveraging Musicologie’s marketing tools to promote the studio; leading hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of teachers; overseeing daily studio operations, supplies, and merchandise; handling student payments and data accuracy. A typical day may involve collaborating with the Studio Owner on growth strategies, greeting families during lessons, assisting families in finding the right teacher, coaching teachers on policies, and planning upcoming events. Essential traits include strong communication, natural leadership, multitasking, organization, and a customer-facing mindset; comfort with our studio management software, Slack, and Google Workspace; and the ability to work afternoon and evening hours
