Evergreen Residential is seeking a highly motivated, independent Community Manager to lead daily on-site operations for a premier Build-to-Rent community in Phoenix, Arizona. This role serves as the on-site face of the community, overseeing resident experience, amenity operations, property appearance, vendor relationships and overall standards to deliver an exceptional living experience for residents in a 102-home gated community. The Community Manager will be the primary on-site leader responsible for delivering exceptional resident experience and guiding prospective residents through the leasing journey from inquiry to move-in while overseeing day-to-day community operations, amenities, vendor relationships, and overall property experience. This position is based in Phoenix, Arizona and surrounding markets and is full-time with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule. Responsibilities include leasing and pre-lease execution—conduct property tours, communicate features and benefits, respond to inquiries, conduct marketing and outreach, maintain leasing activity records, and host open houses; support marketing initiatives, local partnerships, promotional materials, and monitoring market trends. It also covers application and lease processing—guiding applicants through the process, coordinating documents, coordinating move-ins, and ensuring timely paperwork—and collaboration with centralized support teams to ensure smooth operations.
