As a Community Manager, you will: - Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects - Manage leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and resident retention - Ensure compliance with Section 8, LIHTC, and other affordable housing programs - Process certifications and required documentation - Maintain resident files with accuracy and confidentiality - Coordinate maintenance requests and guide projects to completion - Conduct property inspections and uphold community standards - Cultivate positive relationships with residents, vendors, and community partners - Prepare reports, budgets, and occupancy information - Market available apartments and maintain strong occupancy levels
