- Oversee day-to-day operations of two apartment communities
Lease units, conduct move-ins/outs, and process applications and certifications per HUD/LIHTC requirementsMaintain resident files, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and manage rent collectionsCoordinate maintenance, supervise on-site staff, and perform regular property inspectionsBuild and maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and community partnersRequirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years in property management or related field; knowledge of Section 8/42 a plus
- Proficient with MS Office; Onesite experience a plus; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; flexibility for some evenings/Saturdays
- Supervisory responsibility: oversee on-site staff including maintenance technicians, leasing agents, and cleaners
Salary
Competitive pay with bonus opportunities
