- Previous apartment community management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and resident relations
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Yardi experience is a plus
- Positive attitude with a passion for customer service and team development
