The Developer Services team designs and enhances developer toolchains and workflows to support developers, quants, researchers, and front-office trading teams, ensuring a best-in-class development experience. As a Cloud Platform / Infrastructure Engineer, you will design, build, and operate cloud-native infrastructure that enables teams across the firm to deploy workloads safely and reliably at scale. You will design cloud-native architectures aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework (Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, and Cost Optimization). You will build CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments, establish infrastructure-as-code practices that make systems reproducible and auditable, and collaborate with software engineers to ensure cloud platforms are secure, scalable, and operationally excellent. You will leverage AI and automation to improve visibility into cloud costs and migrations toward strategic infrastructure, help teams understand risks, and plan for proper business continuity. Beyond immediate delivery, you will help define platform infrastructure best practices that scale across the firm's cloud-native footprint. Requirements include strong AWS expertise (VPC, IAM, EC2, S3, ECS/EKS, networking, and data-lake architectures). Hands-on Kubernetes experience, including container architectures for multi-tenant workloads. Proficiency in Linux administration and scripting (Python and/or Bash).
