Overview: As a Client Service Account Manager within our Payments team, you will maintain and enhance best-in-class client service for a designated portfolio of Treasury Services clients, aiming for 100% client satisfaction by addressing service and operating issues and opportunities.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Develops, maintains, and expands partnerships with clients; understands clients’ business to anticipate needs and provide solutions
Serves as the client’s trusted adviser
Assists in developing and executing strategic client plans
Promotes self-service tools to reduce client inquiries
Analyzes payments and related activities to identify efficiencies and cross-sell opportunities
Shares experience and best practices across the service team
Supports initiatives within Treasury Services
Identifies opportunities for product development and enhancement
Builds internal partnerships (e.g., Sales, Operations, Product, Global Sourcing & Services)
Identifies and escalates potential risks associated with client activities
Records all client interactions (calls, meetings, issues, proactive communications)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
Ability to work under pressure with professionalism
Team player and the ability to work independently
Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and awareness
Strong negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to develop and mobilize internal networks and resources
Ability to use and manage multiple
