QQR Transport is seeking an experienced CDL Driver Recruiter to join its Cincinnati, Ohio team on-site. In this full-cycle recruitment role, you will own the recruitment of CDL Class A drivers and owner-operators—from initial outreach to onboarding—helping build a reliable pipeline to support fleet growth across North America. Key responsibilities include leading full-cycle recruiting for CDL Class A drivers using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to source, screen, and interview candidates; responding to new driver applications and inbound leads promptly; conducting detailed interviews to assess CDL experience, equipment operated, route experience, endorsements, and overall fit; sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, trucking associations, driving schools, and industry networks; building relationships with driving schools and associations to create a steady candidate pipeline; verifying qualifications—including MVR, PSP, employment history, and DOT/FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse compliance—in line with DOT/FMCSA standards; developing recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals and seasonal capacity needs.

Onboarding & Compliance Support: confirm new-hire orientation dates and coordinate related travel or lodging; coordinate road tests, drug screens, and onboarding paperwork; collect and process required applicant documentation and ensure driver qualification files (DQFs) are complete and audit-ready; partner with the safety team to ensure compliance with DOT and company standards.
