Bybit is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to own release management and operational resilience for EU sites from Vienna, Austria (on-site). You will control all releases to EU sites, access relevant systems and data on AWS, Singapore, and EU cloud services; implement change control, monitor performance, and prepare capacity planning documents to support scalability. You will continuously assess security requirements and remediate vulnerabilities, ensure systems are securely backed up prior to changes, and maintain robust backup strategies to protect data integrity. You will lead recovery efforts, including rollback procedures, to minimize downtime and maintain operational stability, and ensure reliable backup and recovery processes to support business continuity and resilience. Qualifications include strong English and Chinese, proficiency in Linux, scripting (Shell, Python or equivalent), and substantial experience in system operation and troubleshooting.
