Position: Stage Business Analyst – Consumer Finance. We are looking for motivated and curious new graduates for an internship at our Milan and Brescia offices. You will have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of functional analysis, gaining knowledge of consumer finance processes, and learning to describe, validate, document, and follow the implementation of solutions through to testing.
What you will do: - Support gathering and analysis of business requirements from the client - Assist in analysis and design of IT solutions - Help draft functional analysis documents - Collaborate with the development team during implementation - Participate in testing activities (SIT and UAT) - Support users during the use of implemented solutions - Assist in client training - Provide general delivery and project coordination support
Who we are looking for: - New graduates (bachelor's and/or master's) in economics, finance, mathematics, engineering or related fields - Interest in IT and business process analysis - Basic knowledge of databases and data analysis tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Good written and spoken English
