Business Analyst (AI & Automation) – Kaunas, Lithuania (On-site)

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our AI & Automation team. In this role, you will work with business stakeholders, process owners, and our AI & RPA engineers to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve how the business operates. You will discover and map stakeholder needs, translate them into clear requirements, and validate solutions through rapid prototyping cycles and proof-of-concept (POC) building. You will own initiatives from initial stakeholder conversations through to a validated POC, secure sign-off, and hand over clear documentation along with a working prototype to the development team. You will collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders and contribute to the organization's broader digital transformation.
