The successful candidate will prepare business and functional requirements, create use cases, diagrams, and test cases, elicit requirements, manage stakeholders, and model business processes. They will develop functional specifications and data dictionaries, analyze low-code/no-code solutions, and review documents from stakeholders to translate them into actionable implementations. The role includes organizing analyses, coordinating with project owners, and proposing UI/UX designs aligned with European usability guidelines for EU-branded websites per the Europa Web Guide. Requirements include a Master’s degree in IT with extensive relevant experience (or a Bachelor's with longer experience), at least six years in business analysis and modelling techniques (use cases, state diagrams, ER models, interaction diagrams), substantial experience with BPMN or UML, and several years in software development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
