Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand organizational needs, objectives, and challenges, particularly related to the selection and implementation of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions. Analyze business processes, workflows, and requirements to ensure alignment between business needs and available COTS solutions. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to elicit, validate, prioritize, and document business and functional requirements. Research, evaluate, and compare COTS products, assessing functionality, suitability, costs, benefits, and compliance with business requirements. Analyze vendor proposals, perform comparative assessments, and support the evaluation and selection of software vendors and solutions. Assist in the preparation of RFIs, RFQs, and related procurement documentation. Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to support investment decisions and justify the adoption of COTS solutions.
