Kikoff is seeking an experienced BSA Officer who will also lead the AML and OFAC sanctions compliance function across our bank-partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will own the design, implementation, and day-to-day operation of Kikoff's BSA/AML and sanctions program, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and sponsor bank requirements. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines building scalable programs with hands-on investigations, regulatory reviews, and close collaboration with regulators and sponsor banks. You will build and mentor a growing team of AML and sanctions analysts and investigators, serve as the primary compliance partner for sponsor banks and regulatory examiners, and drive timely remediation of findings. Responsibilities include enterprise BSA/AML risk assessments, Customer Identification Program (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), transaction monitoring, SAR and CTR investigations and filings, and independent testing coordination. You will lead OFAC sanctions compliance across all Kikoff products, including customer and counterparty screening, ongoing rescreening, sanctions investigations, and escalation procedures. The role also entails developing training for company-wide AML/OFAC awareness, maintaining policies in response to evolving FinCEN guidance and OFAC regulations, and collaborating with Data and Engineering teams to optimize monitoring systems and reduce false positives.
