We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with 2+ years of experience in retail or restaurant environments to manage daily sales reconciliation, accounts payable, payroll support, and financial recordkeeping. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge and the ability to process and review high-volume daily sales transactions accurately. Proficiency in Toast POS, QuickBooks/QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Key duties include daily sales reconciliation, reviewing and reconciling high-volume sales transactions from multiple sources, reconciling merchant processing statements, managing accounts payable, maintaining accounts receivable records and timely bank deposits, performing bank and system reconciliations, assisting with payroll processing using Paylocity, preparing daily sales reports, maintaining organized records, and supporting inventory counts and POS data maintenance.
