This full-time, on-site position (36–40 hours per week; schedule includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays) requires a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage or retail settings. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking menu items such as soufflé pancakes and crafting beverages according to brand recipes and standards; maintaining quality, presentation, and timely service; ensuring portion control and cleanliness; operating kitchen equipment safely; monitoring cooking times and food safety; assisting with inventory, restocking, opening and closing procedures; and collaborating with the JAPANMART team to ensure smooth operations and order flow. The role also involves analyzing and helping with Profit and Loss (P&L) reports, maintaining hygiene, and delivering friendly, professional customer service. Qualifications include supervisory experience in food and beverage or retail, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), ability to read and interpret P&L reports, cash handling skills, strong communication and teamwork, reliability and punctuality, and the ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
