Alight is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and scale cloud infrastructure and CI/CD capabilities for healthcare applications and services. The candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure and AWS, Terraform, YAML-based pipelines, and DevOps platforms such as Azure DevOps and GitHub. Responsibilities include implementing and governing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, ensuring SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance, supporting security audits, automating deployment and monitoring, and participating in on-call rotations and weekend release windows. Collaboration with security, compliance, and audit teams is required, along with engineering standards and root-cause analysis for production issues. The role requires 3+ years of DevOps or cloud engineering experience in Azure and AWS, proficiency with PowerShell/Bash/Python, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS) or GitOps tools, and observability tools (Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, New Relic). Certifications such as AZ-104 and AZ-400 are preferred. This is a remote role within the United States (Remote OK); US citizenship is required for work with federal government clients.
