This role focuses on managing enterprise endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Windows Autopilot; developing PowerShell automation; and implementing endpoint security baselines and compliance policies. Responsibilities include provisioning automation, packaging and deployment processes, patch management and vulnerability remediation, mobile device management support, troubleshooting endpoint performance, and creating automation workflows to improve operations.
