The Associate Software Engineer (Science/Tech/Engineering Path) will design, develop, and maintain data solutions, ETL workflows, robust data pipelines, and interactive dashboards to support business intelligence and decision-making. Based at the Main Office in Fort Worth, Texas, the role involves building ETL workflows with tools such as Alteryx, Looker, Glue, and other data integration platforms; extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources to enable analytics; writing and optimizing complex SQL queries; developing Python scripts using pandas and NumPy for data cleansing and automation; creating dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools; applying statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to forecast trends and optimize supply chain operations including demand planning, inventory optimization, and logistics efficiency; collaborating with supply chain business partners to translate analytical requirements into technical solutions; developing predictive models and algorithms; conducting A/B testing and experimental design to validate hypotheses; implementing model evaluation techniques to ensure accuracy and reliability; participating in code reviews and documentation; supporting testing and validation of data models and ensuring data quality; adhering to GxP regulations by following SOPs and maintaining
