This development role supports the Program Director in delivering VIP aircraft completion projects and takes ownership of selected sub-projects and PMO initiatives, with the goal of growing into a full Project Manager position. You will drive project execution with structure and precision, coordinating with Engineering, SCM, Production, Design, Sales, and the PMO to ensure timely delivery in line with scope, milestones, and objectives. Responsibilities include planning and performance tracking, reporting, and maintaining visibility on schedules, risks, and priorities; supporting change and risk management; running internal project meetings and ensuring follow-through on decisions and actions; and contributing to the development and rollout of new tools, standards, and process improvements within Completion programs.
