Key responsibilities include assisting Project Managers with coordinating subcontractors, vendors, internal teams, schedules, and material deliveries; preparing project estimates, scopes of work, proposals, and purchase orders; conducting site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety; tracking project schedules, budgets, and documentation; communicating project updates to clients and internal teams; resolving project issues and escalating concerns as needed; preparing reports and maintaining project information in the company software; supporting field operations and troubleshooting as needed; representing Lot professionally while developing strong client relationships.
