You will serve as the primary point of contact for tracking requests, managing issues, ensuring schedules are met, and coordinating cross-functional resources, with on-site support as needed to improve service delivery. Responsibilities include handling day-to-day RMAs, shipping and receiving; supporting Field Engineers by reviewing updates, processing RMAs, updating tickets, and maintaining accurate documentation; managing service tickets and providing timely updates to customers; maintaining records of logistics and RMA activities; tracking shipments and ensuring timely returns with full visibility; coordinating incoming and outgoing parts and closing open RMA issues; ensuring timely RMA processing to meet SLAs; reviewing and reconciling logistics and inventory records; inspecting and resolving discrepancies for incoming items; and traveling to customer sites (primarily out-of-state) for logistics and inventory support as needed up to 25%.
