Supermicro is a leading provider of servers, storage, and networking solutions for data centers, cloud computing, and enterprise IT. We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to help drive project management and coordinate with customers for strategic accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for tracking requests, managing issues, ensuring schedules are met, and coordinating cross-functional resources, with on-site support as needed to improve service delivery. Responsibilities include handling day-to-day RMAs, shipping and receiving; supporting Field Engineers by reviewing updates, processing RMAs, updating tickets, and maintaining accurate documentation; managing service tickets and providing timely updates to customers; maintaining records of logistics and RMA activities; tracking shipments and ensuring timely returns with full visibility; coordinating incoming and outgoing parts and closing open RMA issues; ensuring timely RMA processing to meet SLAs; reviewing and reconciling logistics and inventory records; inspecting and resolving discrepancies for incoming items; and traveling to customer sites (primarily out-of-state) for logistics and inventory support as needed up to 25%.
