Associate Customer Success Manager In this hybrid role based in Munich, Germany you will work with a team to support a broad portfolio of existing customers with simple structures and help them use our products effectively. Your main tasks include onboarding according to our playbooks, initial contact after contract signing and guiding customers through the first weeks of use, regular check ins to ensure successful usage, conducting online trainings for administrators and end users, monitoring customer activity (logins and usage patterns), thorough documentation of all customer interactions and account management in Salesforce, collaboration with Support, Sales and Product for customer inquiries, bugs or feature requests, and contributing to higher customer value as well as improved NPS and CSAT and churn prevention.
