This full-time, on-site role supports the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading a sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and technology solutions from AT&T products and services. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding personal and store performance goals and AT&T standards, executing all sales and operational initiatives, maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance, and developing team members. You will help customers make informed buying decisions, participate in local marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities, and maintain a fun, clean, and engaging work environment. Qualifications include management experience in a similar field (required), experience in retail or customer-facing sales (required), ability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays), strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and coach teams. Bilingual in Chinese is preferred but may depend on location. Must be at least 18, legally eligible to work in the United States, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
