In this role you will assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading a team to provide outstanding customer service and technology solutions from AT&T products and services. You will help meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards, execute and exceed on all sales and operations initiatives, and support location operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance. You will contribute to the development, training, and management of team members, help customers make informed purchasing decisions, and maintain a fun, clean, and engaging store environment.
