Assistant Retail Store Manager, Maricopa, AZ 85139, on-site at My Wireless (an AT&T Authorized National Retailer). This full-time role reports to the Retail Store Manager and focuses on coaching and leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and technology solutions from AT&T products and services. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding personal and store performance goals, executing sales and operations initiatives, maintaining store operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance, and training and developing team members.
