Key responsibilities: - Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards. - Implement and drive all sales and store operations initiatives in a timely manner. - Assist with location operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance. - Train and manage team members; help customers make informed buying decisions through outstanding service. - Maintain a fun, clean, and engaging work environment. - Collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual and team goals. - Participate in marketing activities to maximize daily selling opportunities.

Qualifications: - Management experience in a similar field; wireless industry preferred. - Retail or customer-facing sales experience. - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Proven ability to meet performance and operation standards. - Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but location-dependent. - Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Outbound prospecting and telecommunications sales experience preferred. - Must be at least 18 years old, legally eligible to work in the US, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
