In this on-site role, you will assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading a sales team to provide outstanding customer service and technology solutions from AT&T products and services. You will help manage location operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance, and contribute to the development and training of team members. You will work toward personal and store performance goals, participate in marketing activities, and support opportunities for advancement within the organization. Qualifications include management experience in a similar field (required), retail or customer-facing sales experience (required), ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (required), strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and bilingual Spanish (preferred).
