Use dispatch software and other project management tools; set up estimates, job details, and schedules; ensure documentation is accurate and accessible.
Manage field teams by ensuring necessary supplies, materials, and information are available, and by providing ongoing communication during execution.
Prepare client documentation (W-9 forms, COIs, safety materials, training) and maintain professional communication to keep clients updated on status and reports.
Produce and review project status reports and photographs, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
Track time worked by field teams and internal staff; assist with timesheet submission and liaise with accounting for labor invoicing.
Track equipment maintenance, calibration, and repair schedules; ensure equipment is in good working condition for project use.
