At RangeWater, we are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of a Charleston, South Carolina community. This role handles accounting tasks, monthly close-outs, invoice processing, collecting rents and other payments, deposits, reconciliations, and uses the property management system to record and report financial activity. The Assistant Community Manager also supports leasing and marketing efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals and serves as the on-site supervisor in the Community Manager's absence. Responsibilities include reviewing vendor invoices, tracking approvals, analyzing market trends, enforcing lease terms, conducting property tours, coordinating with contractors and vendors, promoting resident satisfaction, and ensuring safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the property. The role requires coordinating with the maintenance team, managing daily on-site operations, and helping implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy. This position is based on-site in Charleston, SC.
