Assistant Community Manager – Phoenix, AZ (On-site). Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the on-site administration of a Phoenix, Arizona apartment community. In this role, you will assist the Community Manager with accounting and financial tasks, lease administration, and resident relations, ensuring timely rent processing, deposits, and reconciliations, and using the property management software (Yardi/OneSite) to record and report on financial activity. You will process invoices, manage delinquencies, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and oversee move-ins and move-outs in accordance with policies and legal requirements. This position also involves on-site supervision in the Community Manager's absence, coordinating maintenance and make-ready tasks, and assisting with leasing and marketing efforts, including greeting prospects, collecting guest information, showing units, and supporting the rental application and credit verification process. A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred, with 1–3 years of property management or residence life experience. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as part of a team are essential.
