Role: Internship in Application Management and Customer Support – Banking Division.
What you will do: - Provide ERP application support and assist with order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes; - Support VAT, withholding taxes, declarations and general accounting; - Assist with Financial Reporting and Regulatory Reporting; - Ensure software functionality in AML, AUI, Tax Registry and AIFMD areas; - Analyze tickets, anomalies and customer requests; - Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify effective solutions; - Support documentation and continuous service improvement.
