This role combines accounting and logistics responsibilities to support financial operations and supply chain coordination. Key responsibilities include: managing daily accounting activities such as invoicing, collections, and reconciliations; maintaining financial records and assisting in preparing financial reports; handling accounts payable and receivable; coordinating logistics for industrial equipment, tools, and technical components; overseeing import and export processes, including shipping and customs documentation; liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal technical teams; tracking inventory and supporting stock control of equipment and materials; monitoring costs related to logistics and assisting in budgeting. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or related field; proven experience in accounting and logistics or supply chain roles; experience handling import/export documentation, preferably for industrial or technical goods; knowledge of Tally Accounting Software is advantageous; knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting; strong organizational and multitasking skills; proficiency in MS Office and accounting systems; good communication and coordination abilities.
