QPLIX GmbH is looking for a qualified professional to join the Finance team to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and support monthly and year-end closings, helping to optimize our financial processes. Responsibilities include posting routine business transactions (accounts payable, banks, fixed assets) and supporting the accounts receivable function, as well as reconciling balance sheet and P&L accounts to ensure correct bookkeeping. You will participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in accordance with HGB and assist with tax filings. You will serve as a point of contact for internal departments and external partners (e.g., tax advisors and auditors). You will contribute to the optimization and digitization of our finance processes and participate in cross-departmental projects. Candidate profile: completed training as tax clerk or a comparable commercial qualification or a degree in economics with a focus on finance, accounting, or tax; one to several years of accounting experience—ideally in a tax firm or the finance department of a mid-sized or growing company; ideally knowledge of DATEV; independent, structured and precise working style; strong ability to learn new topics; proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; enjoys taking responsibility, shaping processes, and collaborating within a team to develop solutions; fluent written and spoken German and English.
