Our collective is organized around clear roles: Strategist (vision and account quality), Specialist (Klaviyo technical build), CoRed (design-copywriting), Designer — and the Retention Lead who ties it all together on the client side. We’re opening a junior role to grow the next generation of Leads: you start partnered with a senior Retention Lead who trains you, then gradually take on more scope. We’re in it for the long run — we want someone who wants to grow with us, not a one-year stepping stone.
