Account Manager – People Solutions (On-site) — Phoenix, Arizona, United States

Lockton is seeking an Account Manager for the People Solutions team to deliver exceptional client service, support, and coordination of client accounts. Responsibilities include: - Servicing a designated book of business, including marketing support, assisting with claim issues, and administration - Responding to client inquiries, maintaining documentation of communications, issues, and resolutions - Supporting implementation or transition of new or existing benefit plans by setting up accounts, collecting documentation, and reviewing plan details with clients and carriers - Facilitating vendor quotes, amendments, and reinstatements; conducting benefit benchmarking studies and design plan comparison reports; preparing client presentation materials - Obtaining policies and performing contract comparisons to ensure completeness - Scheduling client meetings and creating materials for presentations and on-site enrollment activities - Reviewing employee notice packets and other compliance communications as needed - Providing benefits administration support to the client’s HR team; communicating with carriers and vendors to resolve issues promptly - Managing updates to employee-facing communications; preparing and conducting open enrollment presentations - Maintaining knowledge of government regulations to educate clients; mentoring and training Account Administrators - Travel by automobile and air may be required
