Overview: The Account Executive is responsible for maximizing sales growth profitably by representing Shamrock Foods Company’s products and services to restaurants, resorts, hotels, and other institutional establishments on a commission basis, through face-to-face engagements.

Overview: The Account Executive is responsible for maximizing sales growth profitably by representing Shamrock Foods Company’s products and services to restaurants, resorts, hotels, and other institutional establishments on a commission basis, through face-to-face engagements.
Key responsibilities: - Prospect new customers and build a territory to grow the customer base. - Maintain and expand the existing customer base and increase share of the customer's business. - Support customer success through menu engineering and food cost analysis to reduce waste and improve profitability. - Gather and share market intelligence and industry trends. - Conduct product demonstrations and comparisons by delivering samples to customers’ restaurants or facilities. - Demonstrate capabilities to support the customer and share new product innovations via Shamrock resources. - Build multi-level relationships within the accounts you serve. - Keep accounts current; optimize sales, service, delivery, and collect past-due balances. - Leverage technology to improve customer efficiency and experience. - Participate in ongoing training to develop skills. - Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus. - 2+ years’ experience in culinary, restaurant operations, foodservice, or related fields; previous successful sales experience a plus. - Valid driver’s license. - Problem-solving skills; comfortable with technology and analyzing custo
