95 Percent Group is seeking an Account Executive to drive literacy and multisensory math initiatives across mid-size to large K-12 districts in the South Texas region. This remote role requires residence in the territory and involves expanding our literacy and math curricula and EdTech solutions, navigating complex procurement processes, and securing multi-year contracts.
Key responsibilities include actively prospecting districts, expanding product placements and services within existing accounts, delivering tailored sales presentations to administrators and decision-makers, and managing a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to closing. The role also emphasizes relationship-building with superintendents, curriculum directors, literacy coaches, and other stakeholders to address district challenges and drive renewal and expansion opportunities. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align market needs and stay current on industry trends.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree (master's preferred), at least three years of EdTech sales experience in K–12, proven prospecting and consultative selling skills, a strong district network, CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce), and comfort with travel up to 50% within the state. Travel may require overnight stays. The position offers a competitive base salary plus an attractive commission/bonus plan with on-target earnings, along with a comprehensive benefits package and professional development opportunities.
