Senior Recruiter – Pharma R&D
Overview: We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with Pharma R&D recruiting experience to deliver staffing solutions with excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle. As a brand ambassador for the client, you will provide proactive and timely communication on candidate progress, and serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, offering consultative guidance to hiring leaders. You will mentor recruiters and other team members.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, provide market data, and make recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
- Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements, deliver strong candidate slates, and build talent pipelines.
- Keep candidates engaged with timely updates on progress.
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.
- Mentor recruiters and other team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings; pharmaceutical R&D experience required.
- Familiarity with ATS and social media tools; knowledge of HR principles and metrics related to talent acquisition.
- Self-starter, curious, and capable of driving process improvements.
