Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Analytics AI product area, including the Analytics Agent inside Composer that answers performance questions, surfaces insights, and provides a trusted data grounding foundation for the rest of the product. This role also covers AI-native analytics UX (data visualization and dashboards), the PM side of modernizing Klaviyo's query infrastructure, multi-brand analytics experiences, and ongoing platform reliability for core reporting surfaces. You will own the strategy and roadmap for the Analytics Agent across five pillars—Trust, Intelligence, Breadth, Foundation, and Experience—define a quality measurement system for the Analytics Agent, and specify AI and data-heavy features with clear edge-case and tradeoff considerations. You will design and ship the integration model between the charting infrastructure, Core Reporting, and Analytics AI, and guide the transition of the query engine to unlock new analytics capabilities while prioritizing customer value and migration sequencing.
