CRB is seeking a Senior Automation, Instrumentation and Controls (AIC) Engineer to lead the design, documentation, and field implementation of high-performance control systems for manufacturing projects in the life sciences and food & beverage industries. As part of a multi-discipline team, you will apply your expertise in mechanical system controls and process automation to deliver solutions that meet regulatory standards and client objectives.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Interface with clients and external partners; plan and direct work; manage project budgets from a discipline design perspective on large complex projects.
Support proposal development, man-hour planning, and project scheduling for the discipline scope.
Conduct and lead field surveys of existing conditions and prepare field reports; identify and resolve non-compliant conditions during site walks.
Develop internal discipline design and engineering training materials; produce construction drawing packages and write construction specifications for complex projects with minimal supervision.
Provide lead and advanced support of construction activities such as RFI responses, submittal reviews, punch lists, and progress reports.
Perform quality checks of documents for complex projects, ensuring design calculations and documentation meet standards; mentor junior engineers and designers; lead a discipline team in project execution.
