Position overview: The Senior Sales Executive – Service and Preventative Maintenance will identify, develop, and close new commercial service agreements, service repairs, and small project opportunities for CAM HVAC. This motivated, hunter-type sales professional will be based in Smithfield, RI, and should bring deep knowledge of the local market, an established network, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities

Skills and experience:

Lead the sales process to drive new commercial service agreements and small projects.
Actively prospect, develop, and maintain new customer relationships within the local market.
Educate prospective customers on CAM’s service offerings, value proposition, and quality of work.
Facilitate smooth post-sale transitions with internal service and project management teams.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Track, manage, and report all sales activities in Salesforce or similar CRM.
Support the estimation and proposal process in collaboration with technical teams.
Identify and communicate local market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback.
Meet or exceed individual performance KPIs and sales goals.
Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in HVAC or MEP commercial service.
