We have expanded into nine markets across the Midwest and launched Cabinet Experts, our kitchen cabinet refacing division, to deliver high-quality remodeling solutions and outstanding customer experiences. We are seeking an energetic Field Marketing Team Lead to guide field sales and marketing efforts in Van Wert, Ohio, on-site. In this role, you will represent Bath & Cabinet Experts' exclusive brands at events, retail locations, trade shows, and community engagements; create memorable experiences to drive brand awareness and generate sales leads; showcase the Jacuzzi and Skybrook Kitchen brands at select partner locations, delivering meaningful customer interactions and driving qualified appointments; engage with potential customers through friendly, informative conversations; schedule sales appointments through consultative interactions; support additional marketing initiatives, including follow-up calls and lead nurturing; and occasionally assist with new market initiatives and training of new team members. Who You Are: You are outgoing and friendly, able to engage diverse audiences; you have 1+ year of customer service experience (retail sales preferred); you possess strong interpersonal and communication skills; you have a flexible schedule with availability to work most evenings and weekends; you have reliable transportation to travel locally to events with promotional materials; you can stand for extended periods.
