Working with Project Managers and field leadership, this role assists with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, documentation, and overall project coordination to help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Project Managers with planning, coordinating, and executing industrial electrical construction projects. - Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and proposals to understand scope and requirements. - Support project scheduling, manpower planning, and resource coordination. - Assist with project financial management, including budgets, purchasing, payroll, cost tracking, and forecasting. - Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project reports. - Coordinate material procurement and assist with equipment deliveries to support field operations. - Communicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel to support successful project execution. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and assist in developing solutions to maintain project schedules. - Support field teams
