SpaceX is seeking a Business Analyst (Starlink Growth Demand Planning) to join the Starlink Consumer team based in Hawthorne, California, United States. Known internally as Product Growth Lead, the role will own weekly and quarterly demand forecasts, long-term planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and related business cases for Starlink growth. Responsibilities include serving as the primary Finance liaison for consumer growth, driving cross-functional roadmaps and launch planning with Product Engineering, Software Engineering, Global Operations, Supply Chain, and S&OP teams; continuously improving forecasting, reporting, and planning processes to enable faster, better-informed decisions; analyzing the financial impact of growth experiments and forecasting opportunities to prioritize business and engineering initiatives; assessing consumer insights to identify winning and losing demand generation approaches; and leading the development and execution of strategic growth programs (e.g., campaigns, new channels) to maximize customer acquisition.
