JobMatcherSpeechify is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to help grow and maintain our iOS app for a fully distributed, remote team, with a base in Tallinn, Estonia. You will lead key engineering and product decisions, ship production code for the Speechify iOS app, collaborate with a dedicated product team, and contribute to shaping the product roadmap. You will maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture and provide an excellent user experience for a large and diverse user base.

You should be customer-obsessed, comfortable with fast-paced environments, and able to think strategically about product direction. You will move quickly to generate ideas, decide what can ship now, and stay focused in a high-growth, remote team.
Technical requirements: Swift, SwiftUI; Swift programming language; multithreading programming; CI/CD experience; Fastlane; SOLID principles; Git and diverse Git strategies.
