Orca Security is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join its global HR team and support the Americas GTM organization (US, Canada, and LatAm). This role reports to the SVP of HR and serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, helping to align People strategies with business goals while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture. Location: East Coast, US (Remote) or Austin, TX (Remote OK). What you'll do: Manage the full employee lifecycle for team members across the Americas (US, Canada, and LatAm); act as a trusted advisor for GTM leaders; support culture engagement and organizational design to align people strategies with business objectives; lead and support initiatives and HR programs that drive growth, retention, and performance; run talent and succession planning with senior leadership; support headcount planning and people-related costs; analyze HR metrics and trends to create actionable insights; coach managers and employees to improve performance and engagement.
