What you’ll do: - Build and operate data ingestion pipelines to bring new audio data sources into our system. - Extend and manage cloud infrastructure for the ingestion pipeline (GCP, Terraform). - Collaborate with AI researchers to optimize cost, throughput, and data quality for next-generation models. - Help define the AI team’s data roadmap to power Speechify’s consumer and enterprise products.

Ideal candidate: - BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field. - 5+ years of software development experience. - Proficiency with Bash and Python in Linux environments. - Experience with Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code; professional experience with at least one major cloud provider (we use GCP). - Experience with web crawlers and large-scale data processing is a plus. - Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
