We are looking for two Embedded AI Engineers to join a newly established AI Center of Excellence (COE). In this role, you will move beyond the traditional software development life cycle to drive AI implementation across the entire business ecosystem (Sales, Customer Support, Operations, etc.). You will be paired with internal AI Champions to identify 3–5 high-value use cases and redesign business workflows using AI-first principles. Your main focus will be orchestrating, building, and deploying production-ready AI agents.

Requirements

Proven experience in building, orchestrating, and deploying production-ready AI agents and LLM-based solutions (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.); strong hands-on software engineering background with AI orchestration frameworks; experience with API integrations, prompt engineering, and workflow automation; excellent communication to translate non-technical business domain needs into AI logic; at least Upper-Intermediate English. Nice to have: Experience with dynamic LLM routing layers (AI harnesses).
