About the role

Revalize is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to sell Pipe-Flo software and services within a designated U.S. territory. Pipe-Flo is a trusted hydraulic modeling solution used across industries to optimize fluid system design, reduce energy costs, and improve operational efficiency. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and play a critical role in driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Professional Services bookings. This role requires proactive outreach and the ability to convert marketing-generated leads into qualified opportunities.

Compensation: base salary $85,000 with an uncapped commission and on-target earnings (OTE) of $170,000 for achieving 100% of quota.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Manage the entire sales cycle across your assigned territory.
Understand and articulate how Pipe-Flo solves challenges in fluid system modeling and energy optimization.
Deliver product demos and presentations via web and in-person meetings.
Articulate value proposition, differentiation, and handle objections.
Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting (cold calling, networking, outbound campaigns, etc.).
Partner with Marketing to qualify and convert inbound leads.
Meet or exceed quota for new business and ARR.
Use AI and automation tools to improve work efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Industry knowledge in fluid systems, industrial engineering, or energy optimization preferred.
